How do I make a return?

We want both you and your feathered friends to absolutely love your BeakBox. But hey, if it's not quite hitting the mark (no hard feelings, promise!), feel free to send it back within 30 days of delivery.

Just make sure it's in the same condition as when you got it, and don't forget the original packaging! We're here to make sure you and your birds are chirping with happiness.

Send us a message at contact@mybeakbox.com and don't forget to include your order number. Once we accept your return, we'll send you the details on where and how to send your package. Feel free to use your preferred courier, and we highly recommend going for the tracked shipping option.

Please note: The return shipping costs, along with any extra duties, are covered by you.

 

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return items, they will go through a quality check to ensure they're in good condition and comply with our refund policy. This might take up to 2 working days.

After the return has been approved, it takes up to 10 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
